This policy covers vedwix.com and any briefs, emails, or files you send us. By using the site or contacting us, you agree to how we handle your data as described here.
Things you send us — name, email, company, and the contents of your project brief or message. We collect this only when you fill in the contact form or email us directly.
Basic site analytics— anonymised page views, referrer, country, and device type. We don't set advertising cookies and we don't track you across other sites.
Email correspondence — when you reply to us, we keep the email thread for as long as the engagement is active and a reasonable period afterwards (usually up to 3 years for tax and reference purposes).
We use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver your project, send invoices, and (for active engagements) coordinate the work. With your permission, we may also feature non-confidential project work on the site as a case study.
Email is hosted by a reputable provider (currently Google Workspace). Site analytics, if present, run on privacy-respecting tools that don't identify individuals. Project files are stored in encrypted-at-rest cloud storage with access limited to the team working on your engagement.
We share data only with service providers we need to deliver the work — for example, hosting, email, accounting. We do not share your data with marketing platforms, ad networks, or data brokers.
You can ask us to: (a) confirm what data we hold about you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, (d) export it. Email anish@vedwix.comwith the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.
The site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to function (e.g. remembering preferences if you set any). No advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future that use cookies, we'll add a cookie banner and update this policy first.
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify clients with active engagements directly.
